We're excited to announce our first-ever Rooted Wellness Holiday Fair, bringing together local artisans and wellness entrepreneurs under one roof.
Located in our beautiful studio space in Dracut, Massachusetts, this curated vendor fair will showcase the best in holistic wellness products, handcrafted goods, and mindful gifts—just in time for the holiday season.

Vendor Guidelines
Please read these guidelines carefully before applying. Your table fee is non-refundable.

Time: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Setup & Breakdown:
Setup Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Breakdown Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Vendors must be fully set up by 11:45 AM
Vendors must stay for the entire duration of the event (12-4 PM)
Early breakdown is not permitted
Space & Amenities:
One 6' table space per vendor (please bring your own table)
Maximum of 10 vendors
Electricity is available (please bring your own extension cords)
Limited wall space - please indicate if you need wall space for displays
WiFi will be provided
Restroom available
Free parking on-site
Product Guidelines:
All items must be family-friendly and align with our wellness focus
Pre-packaged, non-perishable food items are permitted
No prepared food vendors
No open flames or burning of incense/sage
All products must be clearly priced
Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax collection
Additional Requirements:
Please bring your own cash box/change
Credit card processing is your responsibility
Bring your own bags for customer purchases
Consider bringing business cards and promotional materials
Table covers are required and should reach the floor
Marketing:
We encourage you to promote the event on your social media
Please follow and tag us in your posts
If you provide your social media information, we will follow and tag you in our marketing as well
Official event graphics will be provided via email
Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be issued
In case of inclement weather, the event will proceed as planned unless otherwise notified
Vendor Approval & Cancellation Policy
Rooted Wellness Company reserves the right to review all vendor applications and may decline participation if products or services do not align with our event vision. In such cases, your payment will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. This ensures we maintain the curated, wellness-focused atmosphere our community expects.

Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and your spot is only confirmed once payment is completed and you receive our confirmation email.
