Inner Strength Flow is a dynamic Vinyasa class designed to challenge and invigorate you while cultivating mindfulness. This class links breath with movement and invites in energetic and mindful awareness. The meridians and chakras (subtle energies of the body) are sometimes mentioned throughout the class.
While this class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, a consistent yoga practice is helpful.
