With over 25 years of yoga experience, Jen Smith has evolved her practice from fast-paced vinyasa to a holistic approach that blends movement, breathwork, and meditation. She understands firsthand how yoga can support physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and she’s passionate about making yoga accessible for everyone.
Jen’s teaching style is warm, encouraging, and adaptable, ensuring that students feel supported in their practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refine your technique, she’s here to help you build confidence on the mat.
