Flow and Restore Yoga

  • Rooted Wellness Company 155 Broadway Road Dracut, MA, 01826 United States (map)

About the Class

Flow and Restore yoga is a yoga class that combines two different styles of yoga: Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga.

Vinyasa flow is a more dynamic and physically challenging style and involves moving through a series of poses, linking each movement with the breath.

Restorative yoga, on the other hand, is a more relaxing and passive practice that involves holding poses for an extended period of time, with the help of props such as blocks, straps, and blankets.

Our class typically begins with a Vinyasa flow sequence that connects breath with movement, allowing the body and muscles to warm up. The remaining 30 minutes will move to the ground and shift to a restorative style, allowing the body to relax, restore and renew.
