Appreciation & Gratitude Workshop - Members Only Exclusive Event
Join us for a special wellness workshop located less than 5 miles from our studio. This outdoor event will be filled with yoga, chair massages, delicious brunch, and a community-focused donation drive for the Dracut Food Pantry.
This special event will feature an outdoor yoga session focused on connecting with the elements, optional chair massages, a delicious brunch, and an opportunity to give back to the Dracut community. Bring a non-perishable food item or a monetary donation for the Dracut Food Pantry and enjoy a day filled with mindfulness, relaxation, and connection.
Schedule
10:00 – 10:30 AM: Arrival & Welcome
Enjoy warm cider donuts and coffee as you arrive and mingle with other attendees. Bring your non-perishable food item or monetary donation to support the Dracut Food Pantry.
10:30 – 11:45 AM: Outdoor Yoga Vinyasa or Chair Massage
Choose between an invigorating outdoor Vinyasa yoga session focused on the elements and senses or a relaxing 10-15 minute upper back, neck, and head massage using your chair. Both activities are designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself and the natural surroundings.
12:00 – 1:00 PM: Brunch
Indulge in a catered brunch featuring a variety of breakfast and lunch options from local favorites like Frobies. This is a perfect time to eat, socialize, and reflect on the morning’s activities.
1:00 – 1:30 PM: Closing & Departure
As we wrap up, feel free to take any leftovers, participate in a raffle for a chance to win a free week of classes or a guest pass, and leave with a full heart and a sense of community.
What to Bring
A non-perishable food item or monetary donation for the Dracut Food Pantry (see list of needed items below).
A yoga mat if you plan to participate in the yoga session.
Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities.

Items Needed for the Dracut Food Pantry
The types of items needed can vary each month, depending on recent food drives. However, the following non-perishable basics are always welcome:
Canned Goods: Vegetables, fruit, meat, baked beans, pastas, tomatoes, tomato paste, tuna
Spreads: Jelly/jam, peanut butter
Pasta and Sauces: Pasta, pasta sauce, macaroni and cheese
Grains and Baking Essentials: Rice, flour, sugar, brown sugar
Breakfast Items: Cereal, pancake mix, syrup, oatmeal (regular or instant)
Beverages: Coffee, tea, 100% fruit juice, juice boxes
Snacks: Various types of snacks
Soups: All varieties of canned soups
Baking Mixes: Cake mix, brownie mix, Jell-O, puddings
Cooking Essentials: Vegetable oil
Personal Care Products: Shampoo, soap
Paper Products: Paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
