About the Workshop
QiGong is a gentle yet powerful system of healing that uses breathing, movement, stretching, and meditation to circulate energy (qi) and improve health.
In this class, you'll learn simple QiGong exercises and self-massage techniques to release tension in your shoulders, neck, spine, and hips. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, pain in these areas is often caused by qi (qi -”chee”) stagnation and the invasion of wind-cold, leading to stiffness and aches. These gentle exercises will help restore the flow of qi and blood, relieving discomfort and improving flexibility.
Easy to learn and practice daily, QiGong also helps with improving your posture and quality of sleep. You'll feel stronger, more balanced, and clearer, both physically and mentally.
Whether you're new to Qi Gong or experienced, this class is a great way to address neck and back pain naturally and holistically, while setting a positive intention for 2025.

With your feedback as an attendee, a 10 class series of Therapeutic QiGong may start in January of 2025
