About the Workshop
This 90-minute restorative Sound Bath Workshop offers a path to deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner peace. Participants will be guided into comfortable, floor-based poses using bolsters, blocks, and blankets to ensure maximum comfort and prepare for deep rest.
The session will be enhanced by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, a tongue drum, and soft background music, promoting a deep relaxation response. The workshop will conclude with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
The intention of this workshop is to encourage deep rest and provide a unique experience through sound and guided relaxation. The combination of restorative poses, therapeutic sound, and Yoga Nidra is designed to leave participants feeling refreshed and at peace.

Karen Fraser has over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness world and is a 500 RYT certified yoga instructor. She teaches various forms of Yoga, including SUP Yoga, Power Vinyasa, and Meditation.
Karen has recently expanded her expertise to include Sound Healing Workshops. She is passionate about connecting with like-minded people in the Yoga community!
