Melanie Doulames brings decades of dedicated yoga practice to her teaching, blending a diverse background in Kripalu, Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative, and Yin Yoga styles.
Certified as a Chopra Meditation Teacher and trained by Yoga Works and Yin experts Bernie Clark and Kassandra Yoga, Melanie is passionate about guiding students toward mindfulness, relaxation, and balanced living.
Her holistic approach focuses on embracing graceful aging, cultivating peace, and fostering transformative personal growth on and off the mat.
