About Unlock Your Hamstrings & Hips Yin Yoga Workshop

Through long-held, floor-based postures and mindful breathwork, we’ll gently target the fascia and connective tissues surrounding the hamstrings and hip flexors – inviting in softness, stillness and sustainable mobility.
Suitable for all levels, this workshop provides a welcoming space to slow down, stretch deeply, and reconnect with your body and breath.
