Tibetan secrets for longevity and great health highlight the importance of starting the day with specific Qi-breathing that foster clarity, awareness, and the right mindset.
In this class, you’ll be introduced to QiGong, an ancient energy-rejuvenating practice from China, and a simple 10-minute morning routine created by Tibetan monks to promote longevity and happiness. The Tibetan practice focuses on nurturing and preserving energetic and hormonal balance, supporting stable mental and physical health.
The movements you learn in connection with Qi-breathing help your body function in a healthy, positive way, making you feel more centered and productive throughout the day.
